I am a kitchen designer and would like to use this on all of my kitchen orders. Can we install this on the back of any waste basket cabinet? or do we need special guides?

Hi! SERVO-DRIVE is designed to work with our TANDEM, MOVENTO, LEGRABOX & TANDEMBOX runner System.

​ @BlumInc I was interested to learn more about this & thankful I researched it more, with this overview - frankly it appears pretty under-whelming when it only opens marginally. I think Blum unfortunately fell short with this product.

I had this unit installed on a job we did serval years ago--Client is complaining that it does not close all the way without extra effort--This was installed in a Woodmode cabinet which you know is no longer in business--Is there any kind of adjustment that i can make

What are the purpose of the front distance bumpers and do they prevent the door from reaching it’s previous full closed position?

Hi! The distance bumper is needed for creating the 1/8 gap that is required for allowing you to push on the front of the drawer to engage the drive unit to push out the drawer. No, the front distance bumpers do not interfere with the closing action of the drawer. Hope this helps!

How I can make it fully opened or most of it opened? So the trash can would be exposed?

Hey Yohai - Thank you for your comment. SERVO-DRIVE will not open the drawer all the way.

If I replace a broken power supply with a new one, can I merge the old distribution cable on the right and the new distribution cable of the new power supply on the left in the connection node? Normally, one cable leads to one charger and the second is the distribution cable (I have 1 power supply for multiple charging)

Yes, the INSERTA cable connector can be used by them to just connect the new power supply to the existing distribution cable. The only key here is that there is only one power supply per system/circuit.

Is the drilling template available for download? I have been unable to locate it.

I've had one of these for several years. Now it is opening when I walk by sometimes. How do I adjust it so it isn't so sensitive?

how do the front distance bumpers work with inset doors?

Hi! If you are using the MOVENTO waste/recycle set then you will need the 298.7600 add-on piece for the MOVENTO locking device. However, if you are using TANDEM plus BLUMOTION then you will use the T51.1901.PS locking devices. Both of these items, MOVENTO and TANDEM plus BLUMOTION have built-in SERVO-DRIVE distance bumpers which are perfect for inset applications.

With SERVO-DRIVE on a waste cabinet, kitchen users can simply bump the front of the cabinet with a knee and the drawer will open. This is helpful if the user's hands are full and prevents the spread of germs to cabinet handles.
