Servicing Injectors on Fendt 718 Tractor
Today I'm servicing injectors on this Fendt 718. There's nothing wrong with them to be fair but they can be a pain later on if not changed so that's why the customer wants them doing. I filmed the whole service on the tractor.

Worst part of the job is the heart stopping moment when the nut for the injector wire slips out of your hand and into the abyss 🤣 Or telling the apprentice to tighten the same nut and he comes back the a half inch ratchet in his hand and a worried look on his face 😅

🤣🤣 there nuts are crimped on to the wires so they can’t come off luckily , the John Deere ones come off , I am the apprentice pal

Hi I've got a 9800hr 820 with a starting issue. When starting it winds over for longer than normal and even when warm isn't like normal. I've also noticed it's slightly pressurising the diesel tank seems to be going fine the filters are all recently changed. The only thing different is I've replaced the filter unit with the lift pump in it as the plunger shaft got damaged on it this could all be a coincidence or something I've done
Do you have to put a calibration code in the injectors with a scan tool?
