Did you remember to reinstall the brush clips? I saw you remove them to push the brushes back, but did not see you reattach them.
Is there a way to replace the armatures splines?
Can you use a center puch to remove the brsch cover
How do you get the armature reinstated in the bearing ?
Why would you go to the work of taking the motor apart and not replace the bearings? Cheap insurance!
