I had never used cold shrink until I did some high voltage a few years back. We did a bitcoin mining site at a coal fired power plant. 2- 3000 amp breakers @13.8kv. It was fun to learn new stuff! It is a pain unless you get lucky and can just pull the tab. Only had that a few times. Usually, it's around and around the wire!

Most of the video was really nice, but I have to complain for the murdering of that holesaw and drill combo. Check the recommended rpm:s! Pretty sure you're going 10x faster than you should. It's just a bit harder for your hands to go slower, but you won't burn the holesaw and the drill while doing it. And it might actually save time, if you stop to brush the holesaws teeth about every time it has advanced by about the length of the teeth, so there would be space for the stuff to go again. And the drill probably came with a handle, so if there's room to use it, these bigger holesaws are the reason to use it. And yes, there are times when I go f#ck it and blast through with max speed, but woods, especially particle board and plywood just want the slow treatment and teeth brushing. Also removing the drilled core from the cup is usually faster to do by removing the sawcup from the centerdrill chuck (or wtf it's called in English, not my first language). Ps. I didn't realize on the first watch that later there were that bigger thing driving the holesaw. That probably won't go even close to those rpms the small drill does, so there's the first clue.

Damn, it! I was “like” six sixty five! Fuuuck! I should have took it off and waited ten seconds, just to get like SIX SIXTY SIX,🤣Just kidding! It’s just satisfying to have numerical synchronicity, cuz human brains work that way, and unfortunately I’m a human type humanoid. Anyway….guess I’ll have to re-watch this, cuz I spent the entire time typing this inane comment. Still, I don’t do electric, I am very wary of electric, especially if I’m in a tree next to bare hi-lines. I just like seeing incredible work, especially if it’s from a female leaving most males in the dust!🌿🌸
