Rolling Stone awarded Full House the best party album of the decade. For once I agree with them.

Full House was one of my favorite Live Albums when I was in High School.

Thanks to whoever recorded this and thanks to whoever put it online the j geils Band is the most under-appreciated band in the history of the world

When you saw these guys live, you got your money's worth. They tore it up.

True that!!! I saw them four times--with Yes and Ten Years After in '71, with the Steve Miller Band in '72, with the Eagles in '73,--and I don't remember who with the fourth time ('74 or '75). An excellent live act always!!!

When I was in junior high 1973 my big brother took me to see Johnny Winter with opening acts J geils Band and Foghat never forget it the good old days

In their prime...so important to have this footage. J Geils killing it

Full House and Blow Your Face out are still 2 of my favorite live albums of all time!

So many drunken/stoned teenage, playing hooky afternoons listening to 'Full House' One of the grooviest bands of all time. East Vancouver loves these guys!!

A year after this I was taking a leak during a break in action at an outdoor show in Portsmouth, Virginia,when who should walk in and acquire the urinal next to me ,but,John Lee Hooker himself! He took my tributes in stride, a real iconoclast.

I first saw them in 1970. The Boston Garden. The line-up was J Geils, Cactus, Jimi Hendrix. Not a bad show.

I was10 years old. My older guitar playing, brother took me. Seats were in the six row. Crazy loud. it was my first concert.

For anyone not familiar with JGB this is what they should see/hear. Not that Centerfold, Love Stinks crap that came in the "80s!

In 1972 Peter wolf and the J Giles band played in Wilmington Delaware at the Armory, I was 19 and it was the only time they ever played in Del with King Crimson 51 yrs ago

@@wayneburton8168 yeah Wayne the first time I saw them was 76 in Buffalo Rich Stadium it was August 20th hot as hell 80000 people, they blew everybody away the best band they're by far got called back for two encores were called back for more but they couldn't come out of course, been favourite band since 73!! Absolutely the best you have a good day too!!

Sadly, on April 11, 2017, we lost John Warren (J.) Geils Jr. May he rest in peace.

The greatest live albums are Full House, the Who Live at Leeds, Allman Brothers at the Fillmore, Grateful Dead Europe ‘72, Woodstock, Lou Reed’s live version of Sweet Jane with the two guitarist!

J Geils band was the most "kicking ass" rockers to ever hit the stage. Period. Their jam was tight. Peter Wolf is the quintessential front man, bluesman. Magic Dick can blow that harp with the best. Seth Justman on keys. Dont remember the bassist or drummers names. Hats off to ya.J Geils was a stone cold guitarist. RIP. J Geils

I saw them in 73 - or was it 74? Anyway it was at Clemson SC and they were awesome! One of the top 5 best concerts I have ever seen and I've seen some good ones. Great footage. Bands like them don't happen anymore.

One hell of a document! A strong case could and can be made that for a couple years this band was the best touring rock band. For a brief period around this time Faces we’re a hell of a band too.

Anyone who owns Full House Album CD hold on to it. They have become valuable. There is not much footage either like this floating around. J. Giles a Boston based band became Detroits house band

​@@foxmulder4308 Was 16-yrs old in 78 when I first heard Full House and I was hooked, no pop BS back then! They were always touring in the 70's/early 80's, and they were always great! In late 70's Peter Wolf danced up a storm on stage, and the entire band was moving non-stop--hard rock energy!

They were still the exact same band on stage. Just because Bruce Springsteen turned Hungry Heart into a hit doesn't mean he was Frankie Valli. As popular and as pop music a couple of their hits got, the band remained pure unadulterated raw musical energy. They might have been playing a little bubble gum rock at the end, but they were blowing big bubbles on stage musically.
