@@kyotheman69 Not really. If anything it means more 1 cube retreats lol. Sersi doesn't give a reliable win condition so it's hard to snap with her in your hand vs if you had something like Sentry and Annihilus. But as long as you're seeing what the opponents doing you can almost always come out on top. I climbed to infinite one season by only using Sera Miracle/Control which by itself doesn't bring a lot of power and relies on being able to counter the opponent. Not the fastest climb like most meta decks but definitely doable.

My experience with Sersi was wildly different but maybe as I see more of it I'll see the same things. My opponent was winning all three lanes, they played Sersi onto a 5 drop turning into a 6 mana Arnim Zola. Arnim copied her to the other two locations and destroyed as at that one. Basically even if I didn't play anything to win those locations Sersi turned each location from a win to a loss.

In no way did she feel better than Anni in my testing all day yesterday. She feels like a hail mary than can pay off sometimes, but not having that consistency is a rough one. Super fun card though in the aspect of you have no idea what you're going to get. Specifically, I played Sersi on top of a Mysterio Clone, a widows bite, and a Hood, which resulted in a Cerebro, a Sunspot, and a collector. I thought that lane was an easy win but instead I got a grand total of only 9 power while my opponent had 10 power. So it goes with Sersi lol.

Your sersi is so much less violent than mine. I got destroyer 3 times in like 6 games yesterday.

I don't Sersi onto 5 drops. I did win a game pulling an enemy Sersi onto a 5 drop with Doc Oc and yep, Destroyer...

I was really down on Sersi but have been loving the chaos she brings so far.

Just hit Infinite with Sersi Anni! Running the core deck as listed with Scorpion instead of Jeff and Magneto instead of Red Hulk. I was surprised how good it matches into most decks. I was beating Hela, Sera, Negative, Evo. Just have to get comfortable driving it and working out when you can win and when to leave. I guess you could say that if any deck but this one was surprisingly powerful, flexible and sneaky. Had an absolute blast, ran this from 70 to infinite. Haven’t managed a conquest boarder yet. Maybe this month? Funny thing is I was trying to pull phoenix force with 2 keys but hit Sersi instead. Thanks Jeff!

Really loved this structure of card review - while I appreciated the variety of decks discussed with last weeks cards, I was craving some gameplay footage to start getting a feel for the card. This was a beautiful melding; well done to both Jeff and the editor!

Nice video! She is a bit hard to evaluate since she is being played in hawk, anni or pixiedecks that are already strong on their own. Makes me wonder if she will be considered best in slot for any deck or replaced going forward. For example the mockingbird destroy package already had Lady Deathstrike as a good backup plan for Anni/Hood before Sersi so she feels alright here but also replaceable. She seems very fun but I wonder if she will be lacking on the competitive side due to the randomness. I don't have Pixie in my collection so probably a skip for me personally, but I will wait and see until weekend missions as always. Especially to see if prof X/Cball gets adjusted, that would open up the metagame :)

Loving the Sersi Anni deck. Won me an infinite ticket against Hela, Tribunal & a Thor's Red Hulk mix. It's definitely competitive and it's the most fun I've ever had with the junk package. It's also pretty consistent. I'm running Magneto over Red Hulk. He's been awesome at moving stuff around, a pixied Magneto is pretty bonkers. Also been using Scorpion in place of Jeff. It's working pretty well. The only downside is that I hardly ever played junk before, so I'm low on boosters lol. An awesome deck, thank you! Much appreciated!

Definitely the most fun card in a long while. I've been having success with a Negative deck similar to the one you showed, but also am working on a discard deck with Moon Knight to benefit from Ghost Rider putting two bodies on the field for her, as well as Stature to have a big one cost to play alongside her on the final turn.

Feels like a good card to get with keys when you’re missing multiple cards. If it’s pure fun we’re talking about, I have my tokens reserved for Arishem.

probably useful to figure out the 'average' points of each energy value in advance to make the percentage calculations easier

She may be awesome for conquest since its hard to predict unlike meta decks that experienced players see constantly and predict accurately

Despite all the Carnages and Deathloks I've gotten I absolutely love Sersi. Shes basically a mulligan for a single lane. Most time you're never really focusing 3 lanes, just the 2. You might have to adapt and choose to focus on other lanes but for the most part you're looking to win the 2 lanes, meaning you almost always have 1 lane as a throwaway where you use cards you don't plan to use towards power like Hood. Except unlike Annihilus, Sersi can also help bring power to decks with a lot of low cost tech cards like Spider ham and Ice man. Overall a great card. Might not be super competitive, but damn is she fun.

Definitely continue with this format!

Apart from a few games with Darkhawk Blink for the Jubilee mission and a few games of Namora Skaar for fun, I've played nothing but BroodAbs with Sersi all week and it's the most fun I've had in the game in ages (and gained an infi Conquest ticket and climbed me almost into top 1000 infinite). Best card release since... Legion?

Coming from hearthstone, sersi is one of my most hyped cards pre release.

It's a skill card like Loki and also some people just have poor tolerance for RNG cards even if they come out ahead the majority of the time.

Oh man, I love Anni decks. I had planned on skipping this week but she does seem sweet. (Also worth noting she seems to be bugged right now, which is a bit of an issue.)

I see people obsessing trying to turn 5 costs into 6 costs but I get decent success in a mill deck where you often struggle with power in lanes where you stacked low power cards, which mill does. The real question for those that have to be strategic with their resources. I used most of my keys for Thena, and she seems like a good choice for that. Sersi though... if I had the spare keys I might do it, but I think I'll use my tokens on something more consistent in its outcomes.

itsGuestGaming made a whole chart of *all* possible transformations for Sersi which I think could be as helpful to Sersi players as deck trackers, and importantly, the chart also highlights the possibility of getting *bad* transformations. definitely worth a look if you're considering Sersi or even if you've already got her it could help you avoid a real bad run like what happened to Alex last night. was so bad Im expecting a negative review from him on the card later (may have already dropped his review at this time)

people are playing the card wrongly. you just need to discount mockingbird and cheat some stats flipping a lane on turn 5. If you go all in Sersi you are going all in RNG. Play snap games as actual games instead of a experiences laboratory.

Transforming a 3 energy brood into three 4 cost cards is way more optimal than using all your game energy to play a Sersi that MAY OR NOT bring good stuff

No; the “card” is not leaving or being added with Sersi, just changing its appearance and text. Blink removes the card she’s replacing, and then add the card that replaces it.

It's a shame her accompanying cards are so meh. I want to recommend her to my brother who's getting into snap, because it fits what he likes in games, but I can't truthfully recommend going for her when other weeks have much better cards to get alongside her.
