shout out to winter in game 2, around 21-22 minutes into the game he called "i bet this game goes to 33 minutes" and it ended at like 34 something.

It's 5,5-11,5 months depending on if you got to on to become an NCO / Junior Officer or some specialized branch (11,5 months), a few are 8,5 months, and then basic level tasks (grunts in infantry, line-cooks, recon, artillery, etc) are 5,5 months. They do live in the barracks for the whole time though.

Yes, in a couple of ways: 1. The time of entering service is different. Usually we enter military service in January or July, but for athletes it is either April or and October. April allows winter-sport athletes to do the majority of their service during the off-season, and October for summer-sport athletes. 2. Going through the athlete program, you tend to get a bit more leeway when it comes to extra leave, and also extended evening-passes if you have to practice. Usually you can leave at 18:00, and have to be back at the barracks by 21:30, but that can be extended by several hours, depending on the sport. 3. If athletes are chosen for NCO or Officer training, i.e. 11,5 months, they are trained in recon related tasks (physically very taxing), as they tend to already be in quite good shape.

@@drorbedrack8720 I'm confident it'll be just fine. Every year the % of out-of-shape conscripts is higher, and they do okay. At the "urheilukoulu" (athlete academy) this is of course a very low %, but for example somebody doing competitive powerlifting, chess, etc. might score low-ish on endurance tests (cooper). Anyways, supporting roles require a lost less physical strength. I was trained in recon (not athlete academy), even though my endurance was SHIT, but that was the only 5,5 month training spot available. I did just fine, even though it was very exhausting at first :-)

I would have each trophy on a separate pillar just behind me. So I give Serral a pass.

Oof, I love watching Serral but more as a spectator and not necessarily from his perspective. I find it difficult to process everything that's going on at the speed he jumps around.

1000 mmr from silver to diamond isnt worth the same as 1000 mmr in gm league ;p Silvers are usually totally new players, they know nothing about the game, diamonds are already advanced, this is a huge difference, much larger than between 6000 mmr and 7000 mmr, they both are almost the best, one is just even better. But it's a missconception that mmr is worth same amount for every range, while higher density is at 2500-3500 and between 5000-7000 there is almost nobody. Always between totally beginner and average player difference is much bigger than between two advanced players, it's not even close.

Clem seems rusty of late.. lost many games included to maxpax.
