True, but, who won at the end?

Serral is one of the few players I've seen really embody the allure of the Swarm. His creep spread is always on point, and he always has waves to throw at you even with his back against the ropes.

These casters did a great job with all that was going on

I'm amazed as to how Serral reacts to every drop thrown by Uthermal while being attack at multiple angles and still manages to keep his worker count in the lead through out the whole game. If it were me I bet I'd lose my entire income from this game. Well played

I'd get frustrated really quick and do a base trade

With that constant harrassment by uthermal in early game, i would have given up. Its insane how Serral took all that pressure, almost losing his hive and still won.

Somehow to me it looked like serral was losing the whole game, but then stepping back and looking at the mining, supply, and tech, he was near always ahead. Wildly fun game

Uthermal got too greedy and shoulda just focused the hive. He deserved the loss cause of that decision. I don't understand how a pro doesn't realize that priority on the hive and how it was a win condition.

@@Fishbro im geussin its a mismicro. He is known for puttnig macro priority over micro so it is very possible that he didnt expect it to be able to finish the hive so just a click and swap screen to macro

If he was as skilled as maru the hive probably would have died and he'd have won, but unfortunately he doesn't have the world champion apm as others. I don't like starcraft 2 because decision making is rushed because the game is not normal speed but "faster" speed

@@user-ve9ex9vq5j It's far too fast of a game to input as many actions as you ever desire. Most rts games you get stuck on making hard decisions, microing and getting better. Sc2 you simply figure out a few shitty strategies, perfect them and then improve your micro and apm to "better than the next" and all of a sudden you're better at them in rts. The game runs fine on normal speed, there's no need for an increase in speed, and the game usually lasts 10-15 in game minutes anyways, so like 7-12 real life minutes. I'd prefer normal game speed and see who's better there. Guarantee the pro seen would be MUCH different

I would be. Have you watched how Brood War progamers play back in kespa era? Flash even tore the skin between this index and thumb due to excessive training but he still doesn't have carpal tunnel 10 years later.

a handful of Ghosts would've made the difference i think. Snipes are so OP against massive zerg units, they don't even have time to transfuse when done right.

There is the problem it Shouldnt be GG lords! The problem is the curroptors because Terran doesnt have a good enough response To them, you need a gazillion vikings to beat them and if there is a High enough curroptor count it still isnt enough!! Terran need the paralysis from nova's goliath and or wraith To come back!!!

In this game uThermal played his ass off and showed us that Serral is still human (not an emotionless android like some people have speculated) and almost got him, but the ability of Serral to work under constant stress is amazing. 99% of zergs would have caved in under all that terran pressure, but not Serral, the Cerebrate.

8:08 The moment serral got the lead he needed? That one ultra killed 20 scvs, too much going on and Serral clicked faster than uthermal maybe? They showed the income graph after that and it took uthermal the next few mins just to get mining again. That's one thing that frustrates me about this strategy game, is the game speed is set so high that you have to have insaaaane apm to be able to actually do everything you would want to strategy-wise.

As for my reply, I was doing a little experiment, :-) calling out his presumed motivation to try and understand the mind of a ____? Troll?... Speaking of which, I'd also be curious to hear what you would claim as your motivation. There you are, reading comments, and you see what looks like an easy target for a cheeky little snipe to insult someone eh? ;-) As for StarCraft, it's a beautiful game that I love! I just don't have the time to get 200 apm, so the arbitrary game speed that multiplayer is set at isn't very fun to me -- I would LOVE a PvP mode where you play on a lower game speed! :-D (Now 3 paragraphs is more of a rant, for future reference XD )

They have a lot of armor and can take tank hits so they can buffer well with blinding cloud

Yeah, but mech is kinda slow to react and defend one point to another, plus you're vulnerable to broodlords

Do you play zerg? Are you super ahead of your opponent, but want to give your opponent a chance to catch back up and usually even win? Go ultras!

I don't get why Terran doesn't automatically transition into heavier stuff once the later game hits. Mass marines just falls flat once the other races get into their longer ranged and/or beefier stuff, and they become unable to handle them. For me once these super late game hits, it's always worth it to go into BCs, Ravens, and Vikings (cuz imo Thors suck ass, they're like the goliath's fatter, overcompensating, less efficient, cousin. There should only be 2 or three of them for defense at most.)
