Serral played like an absolute genius this tournament, he really deserved to win. Only lost 1 map the whole tournament, VS world champions 😵😵. He is really on another level.

The 300IQ play was actually bile-ing the Muta eggs.

The way serral defended his base is insane level. But still praised Dark he really pull all the punches but Serral is just better

That game 2 was actually genius from Serral. When they did the base trade, Serral quickly destroyed the unit structures so Dark couldn’t make more unit other than swarm hosts.

those zerg + baneling micro are so insane, any idiot who never played zerg before must think the zergling have auto-split and auto-aim single target bane ability

Serral games from this tournament are just legendary; so rewatchable.

ZvZ is something else. Almost never disappoints.

Curious question: What is up with the skins? In the observer view, Dark is playing with the Mecha Zerg skins, but when they show directly from Dark’s point of view he’s not using any skins. Is he disabling skins client-side? I thought the game doesn’t even let you do that.

Z probably the hardest to play correctly. And Serral play Z perfectly….

this is like goku vs vegeta in sc2 with goku in ultrainstic mode. Serral should try to play chess professionally the guy has an impressive brain power

I thought so too at first, in fact I thought Dark was winning. It's not easy to check, but Serral destroyed Dark's unit-unlocking buildings leaving only the one for Swarm Hosts. Dark can't resupply his army, and the existing swarm hosts were picked off by some of Serral's roaches.

The wall was cool, as well as using droplords to micro, but ling/bane/roach/ravager from both players, for every single game? Kinda making me fall asleep here. ZvZ meta at top level needs to change up soon. This ain’t it.

Zerg is only ever fun to watch when it's up against another zerg, because they feel so grossly overpowered whenever you watch them against Terrans, and especially Protoss. But, I don't play the game, I only watch it. I just don't think it's right that the most offensive race in the game is also the best at defense because of the queen spam, infestors and vipers. It makes no sense that they can so reliably control more than their half of the map while seldom being contested due to their insane speed, and their ability to move static defense around. I think a good balance change would be to make it so the Zerg can only build one Queen per hatchery, and give them major disadvantages if they're away from their specific hatchery. This change alone would make them much easier to harass, and keep them in check when it comes to their insane expansion capabilities.

Zerg only op on pro player especially serral. Most of them cheap but fragile/need tactic to used effectively so its skilled race. In micro god their dmg and map control are crazy. but in average ppl (sliver-gold rank) its just meh and hard to play. ps. its from my exp alone so feel free to share your opnion

They've spent the last few years nerfing Zerg because of Serral at the expense of every other Zerg player, and he's still pretty good. Maybe we just have to accept that he's pretty good and move on.

Watch Clem games vs. Zerg, he absolutely annihilates all Zerg but basically Serral and Reynor, sometimes Dark. It's not that Zerg is OP, Serral just is insanely good. I think TvZ is actually in an alright place. Though I 100% agree, Protoss is in serious need of help at the pro-level. Watching Protoss die every game to a stim +1/+1 timing from the terran with literally nothing to do about it is pretty sad

Why is it all grey and desaturated? God SC2 has become ugly.

It’s the map! The maps all have their vibe/lighting. With video compression it doesn’t look great, but if you play the game it does

Sometimes these casters are annoying, Just stating stupid false thoughts about a fight after the fight ends, That was on a razers edge very easy to see that tipping into darks favor. No? Dark actually had 0 chance of winning that attack, Way more roaches coming out on Serrals side. These casters played / casted for 14 years and they still can't properly analyze a single fight SMH.
