Meh, I am just a casual and poor gamer and I'm enjoying what I have! To be honest, If I can play Minecraft at 720p low settings 6 chunks render distance at like at least just over 30FPS on average then it's perfectly smooth for me!

Being a casual gamer has its advantages. For example you don't have to ragequit, instead you can do literally everything you're not supposed to (for example testing toilet durability in a battle royale, or trying to launch yourself into orbit in minecraft) and have lots of fun instead! (Having friends is strongly recommended)

Usually if I wanna train my skill I would go on Cold War and choose which ever gun I want and then do custom lobbies and kill the bots there because they shoot back and I think you can change their difficulty since that’s what you could do in other cod games

I'm not a gamer, but I take a long time to decide what computer imma buy

My thing is, I don’t play competitive games often because I’m just not good at them, and I never played ranked modes, because I don’t do well in those modes If you’re a For Honor player and see my pfp you’ll likely ask how I got Pegasus Rider for my Warden, that was the one and only exception to me not playing ranked, but after I got that ornament, I never returned I’m bad at games, something I feel no shame in admitting, but the other thing is, I get so into it, invested in it, I get super excited when I win, and downright furious when I lose at times So, it’s hard to call myself a casual when I can take it THAT seriously Best games for me to play are games like Among Us or Fall Guys, games that, while they do require some tiny measure of skill, are mostly just goofy and fun party games to have a good laugh at, it’s so goofy I can’t fully take it seriously Doesn’t mean I don’t play other games, but I can’t play them for more than an hour at a time, lest I get too serious, and call somebody something undesirable I used to play Mortal Kombat X online, and a Jax player made me so mad I blacked out and called him the N Word Never again

i wanted to be a serious gamer, but im too broke for a new setup and im afraid my current pc will explode so i avoid playing games too long. lol

i am gonna get an upgrade soon to hopefully rtx 3080 amd ryzen 5800x so that way i can just performance prob wont overclock much so i can get a quieter experience and about rn im gonna have a 55 inch desk a 34 inch widescreen monitor and hopefully my pc will have lots of rgb so yeah hopefully it works keep making the good content tho however yeah i am pretty serious about the games i play i just cant rlly play many games on fair ground

I have been playing Genshin Impact daily since October 13, 2020 at 2 hours playtime on average per day (sometimes I only play for 30-60 mins, sometimes I play for 6+ hours). I have been spending $500-ish from the first day until now Is that too serious to be casual, or still considered too casual to be serious?

Nah man you need to go outside is what it is. Also, stop looking for social validation. It's not going to get you anywhere. No one is going to congratulate you for playing a video game. Even if you beat the hardest boss. It's really not an achievement. That $500 you spent could've been used on a gym membership and some equipment. This whole serious vs casual gamer trope is so retarded because it dumbs down multiple factors into just black and white.
