I have a friend who told me that about half the lights in his house are wired in series. What an electrician he must have. It sure gave me a good laugh in any case.

I like the way how you actually put yourself in the position of the student and go over everything step by step. From 2 of your videos (what I've seen so far) I've learned more than spending 3 hours reading a basic electricity out of my HVAC book. Keep up the great work and thank you so much !

That was the most informative description I have ever seen. I build model buildings for my model railroad, and have recently started adding LED lights to them. Since I like multiple lights in some cases, I wanted a parallel circuit, but wasn't sure about the power supply requirements. Now I know that, put simply, the more LED lights I add, the more current will be used and the battery will run out sooner. That's what I needed to know, and NOW it all makes sense. Thank you.

What V do i need to light up 24 leds in series and if im using 24 leds in parallel what resistance (how many resistors) would i need - i tried to do this without the resistors and eventually leds burnt out.
