These are league b (serie b) stadiums, they are small soccer clubs , they dont have a massive number of fans or spectators so stadiums are very small and not designed to impresses people like u. Go check league a (serie a) clubs their stadiums are better and there a lot of new stadiums in coming go check projects online.
