Just use =sequence (number of serial number ) Easy peasy

I use =row(A1) works fine

Sir use dynamic serial number bolte hein. Explanation of =ROW()-1 1. =ROW() se current row no aata hai (=column() se column number) 2. =ROW()-1 matlab current row joki A2 tha to usko 1 lane ke liye current row(2) - 1 to hua 1.(isse current cell ki value 1 ho gyi) Jisse aapka serial number 1 se start hoga. Aur aage aap dynamic sl no bna sakte ho.

It's good but I've an easy way that I learnt in my computer classes that is 1~ write 1,2,3 2~ select these and just drag no need to even remember that formula which is used in this video or work Thnks

Its only applicable when your data starts from row 1 but when u start from row 7 or 10 etc after heading it will not work

bro this formula shows row number. So if your want your 10th row to be noted as serial no 1 then just type =row()-9

I face this problem every time.... here is solution 🎉

Thank u vaiya. Ye crucial info ye KZread wale ne nahi bataya tha. Mai idhar ye trick sikh ke computer me try Kiya aur alag alag row pe alag alag no. ata raha 😂 pagal ho raha tha. Ye adha gyan dete hai log. Mai soch raha tha mera pc kharab hai 😢.

Bt agr apne notice kiya ho baad m jb usne row delete kri toh serial no. Automatically update ho gya... Agr hum normal krke drag krnege toh automatically update nhi hgi ..haar baar khud s krni pdegi
