I got the model from foundation3d under resources/downloads/meshes/sci-fi/ships/firefly, as a .lwo file then spent ages converting it to C4D. If you'd like my C4D model, I'll put a link in the description for you =]

yeah I had the same issue, they said an account can take up to an hour to 'activate' just keep hitting refresh and looking for the button! Also try loading up different pages and see if the download button appears there.
