I'm surprised more people don't know about this. The whole story aspect is actually what they were going for, this was part of the whole love yourself shpeal. That's why it's Her (Serendipity- falling for "Her") Wonder (Euphoria- the "Wonder" of being in love) Tear (Singularity- "Tear"s for the loss of a love) Answer (Epiphany- you should love yourself first and that's the "answer" you needed all along) the album titles coincide with the intros even though Wonder was never a published album that's how it's supposed to go

It fits with the LY storyline. Her is about loving someone and changing yourself, nor really noticing the sinister undertones the songs have at the end of the album. Isnt pied piper about following someone almost blindly. Then Tear is when you’ve woken up and you’re unhappy and you don’t know who you are and you have trouble taking off the mask bc you are afraid of what people will think of you. You are trying to achieve happiness but you don’t know how. Then Answer is about realizing that the answer to happiness and true love is loving yourself. Love yourself before you love others. Then Map of the Soul is now The Who are we. And Persona is about the mask we put on and now we have to try and find ourselves

DNA is building a relationship with someone, fake love is realizing that you're losing youself in that relationship and Idol about letting go and loving yourself instead. You csn even see it in the M/V settings. DNA is a half build house, fake love a rusting, broken house and Idol a new house build out of the one of DNA

Everyone saying that Euphoria is a song about feeling love, its actually not 💀 Euphoria is all about suicide. Here are the lyrics to Euphoria, and to help everyone better understand this song and its true meaning, I’m going to explain the lyrics and analyze them in a way so that it’s easier for you to understand. *Euphoria* You’re the sun that rose again in my life. A second coming of my youthful dreams. I don’t know what this feeling is, Whether this is all a dream. The dream is a green oasis in the desert, the ‘a priori’ deep inside of me. I’m so happy I can’t breathe, My surroundings become more transparent. I hear the far-away ocean Across a dream, over the horizon Going to that place that becomes clearer Take my hands now, You are the cause of my Euphoria. Close the door now, When I’m with you I’m in Utopia. Did you wander looking for that erased rainbow-like dream? Only one thing is different from fate, Your hurt gaze looking at the same place as me. Will you please stay in dreams? I hear the far-away ocean, Across a dream, over the horizon. Going to that place that becomes clearer. Take my hands now. You are the cause of my Euphoria. Close the door now, When I’m with you I’m in Utopia. So, with the first line, he actually is talking about happiness, along with the second line as well. He is basically saying how happy he is to have that person in his life. With the third and fourth line, they are saying that he is confused on his happiness, because he doesn't know if it’s real or fake. He’s asking if it’s a dream, because he wants to know his true feelings, because a dream is something that a person, wants, has seen, will see, has thought about, or a dream can reveal the truth about feelings that people won't admit. The fifth and sixth line can be confusing, and some might just think that line is pretty because of his word choice, but this actually gets closer to the meaning of illusions. When he says ‘a green oasis in the desert’, that’s already a hint, pointing at the fact that he is having a mirage. A mirage is usually when someone sees something that isn't there, due to heat or dehydration. It’s most common in the desert, and as you’ve probably seen in movies, when someone is having a mirage, it has to do with a forest or and oasis. Long story short-both of these places have water, which is what the person is desiring. However, on the sixth line when he mentions ‘a priori’ he is just saying, with a fancy word, that he is actually hallucinating. A priori is when someone bases something off of reason or knowledge, rather than actual experience. So, using the word priori in his lyrics, was describing that he is indeed suffering or hurting in a way he has never experienced and doesn't know what to do. Going on to the seventh and eighth line, he is saying how happy he is, because his emotions are confused. Leading him to express the only emotion he has ever felt, which is happiness, since in the story of the song, he has never experienced hurt. And, sadly, the eighth line is talking about how his surroundings become more transparent. If you really think about it, he’s saying the fading, that he is dying internally. In the chorus, now from lines nine-eleven, he is describing the ‘perfect place’, saying that he hears the far away ocean, across a dream over the horizon. He’s talking about, when he hears the far away ocean, he is saying that he is getting closer and closer to death. Since the ocean is far away, him saying he can hear it, is saying that he is getting closer and when people say far away, it usually just means away from a loved one, which can also be another way of saying death. Line ten is simply saying how he wants to “sleep” and go past the “horizon”, which in this case, dream=death, horizon=destination/gate of heaven. (This song is not religious, it just has a brief mentioning of heaven in it. If you have more questions about their religious aspects, then I will gladly answer if you ask me.) Continuing to line eleven is where it gets sad… When he speaks of, ‘going to that place that becomes clearer’, he is talking about death, because now all of his emotions are gone, because he is dead. So when he says ‘becomes clearer’, he is simply saying, ‘my hurt is gone’. Continuing with the twelfth and thirteenth line, when he says, ‘Take my hands now. You are the cause of my Euphoria.’ He is saying, that he wants to touch the person that he loves one last time before he leaves, and remember what I said earlier, about his emotions being confused? Well, Euphoria naturally means ‘happy place’, but since his emotions are confused, he is technically saying, “You are the cause of my pain.” Line fourteen and fifteen are also very sad, because by him saying ‘Close the door now. When I’m with you I’m in Utopia’, he is saying, ‘Let me die now. When I’m with you, you just enhance the pain.’ Going on to the second verse, which consists of lines sixteen-twenty, is actually now Kookie asking his loved one if they felt the same way he did, or if they were just as confused as him. ‘Did you wander looking for that erased rainbow-like dream?’ is talking about people following false hope. When someone believes something, but then it gets torn apart, it’s that kind of feeling. ‘Only one thing is different from fate.’ is saying exactly what he said. That he thinks that only one thing is different from fate, which he then points out in line nineteen, ‘Your hurt gaze looking at the same place as me’, is saying that they are both now feeling suicidal because of each other, because they both feel the same way. Then, continuing to line twenty, it says, ‘Will you please stay in dreams?’, which, is again, saying exactly what he said. He doesn’t want the person to leave him, because he knows that he truly loves them and doesn’t want to hurt them. Then, it again goes into the chorus and then continues to the bridge, and that is where it gets a little more happy. Lines twenty-six through twenty-nine say, ‘Even if this desert becomes cracked. No matter who shakes this word. Don't let go of the hand your holding. Don't wake up from this dream.’ These four lines are now somewhat twisting the story, because now Jungkook doesn't want the person to commit suicide, he wants them to stay together, because now that he knows that they feel the same way, he wants to get through it with them. When he uses the term ‘desert’ he is leading back to ‘a green oasis’ which is in the beginning of the song, and the desert is describing his ‘dehydration’ of his hurt or his fake happiness, which is why he “sees” the “green oasis”. Also, going to line twenty-eight, he is realizing that he doesn’t want to die, but that he wants to stay alive with the person he loves. And then line twenty-nine, he is again using dream, but this time, he means “Don’t wake up from this life.” So basically saying, don't die. Then it goes back into the chorus, still repeating the same meaning that I had described before, and the song ends with them, instead of just one of them dying, they both commit suicide together, so that they both won't feel hurt anymore, and they can be happy in peace. #EUPHORIA I also wanted to remind you: THIS IS ONLY FOR THEIR CONTINUING STORY VIDEOS. I’m not actually saying that Kookie is suicidal, I’m just clarifying the meaning behind the song so you can understand the video as well.

I literally like cry to this stuff. When I first heard the songs, I immediately went to find the lyrics. When I read them I started bawling. These songs got me out of a dark place. These 4 angels deserve the world for what they have done for ARMYS. Then FAKE LOVE... I freaking have three boxes of tissues with me!!
