The US Open is the final Grand Slam of the year and takes place at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. The 2021 US Open saw Russia's Daniil Medvedev and Great Britain's Emma Raducanu claim the men's and women's singles titles. It was both players' first major title, with 18-year-old Raducanu becoming the first-ever qualifier to achieve the feat. The 2022 US Open is scheduled to go from August 23 to September 11.

I remember when the Williams sisters started in the Pro' s all eyes were on Venus - the media was Venus struck - and then you know the rest of the story - Serena was like a bolt of lightning and never look back and what a great story - both the Williams sisters - what a great story and all true .

Their father was the only one honest enough to admit Serena was going to be the better player. But in a loving way of course. He still knew they were both stars.
