I honestly wanted them to be together in the end , and I cried when they didn't :( they where meant to be..... Just like Blair and chuck. When I found out she ends up with dan I wanted to scream , idk I wish they would've re-thought the ending. Tbh serena and nate always seemed like it was meant to be since the first ep of gossip girl. :/

I know. Tbh I didn't like it either but the way I choose to see it is that there's no guarantee that Dan and Serena stayed together. They were very much like their parents so I think they'd probably be on/off like their parents too until finally they broke up and Serena married someone from her own world. I mean just because they got married doesn't mean they were together 5 years later with a kid like Chuck and Blair were. I mean the fact that it took them 5 years to tie the knot says something to me and it isn't "oh they took it slow and took their time" no it says to me that most likely they were on/off in those 5 years and got together and broke up so who's to say it wouldn't happen again even after marriage?

oh my god not letting them be endgame is the biggest mistake the writers ever made...

This is really, really amazing. It made me cry. I'm an hardcore chair shipper, but I've always shipped Serena and Nate too. Your video reminded me why it's so unfair their missing endgame. Dan and Serena are wrong in so many ways, Dan never loved her for who she really is. He loved her for what she WANTED to be, Nate love her because she's Serena. He doesn't need her to be anything different than what she is.
