I'm kinda surprised that you like rising star way more than indie, even more that you put rising star in S. also star guardian, maybe the model is nice but the skin itself as a star guardian has low quality, also ocean song lower than os prestige? I mean it's ok I guess, those are your preferences but I definitely can't agree

Overall, i personally like rising star over indie because she is more visual appealing to me, has better platform which she stands on and effects are much cooler. I think that we can't deny that Prestige Seraphine splash art is leagues above than the original one (original ocean seraphine splash actually is not that good :x), and improvement of skill effects, as well as visual appeareance are actually visible compared to epic skin. And star guardian one, yeah definitely could be on Wild Rift level but maybe because i'm a big fan of star guardian skins so that's why i put her so high. Least tier which i could give her would be S, but still it is a pretty decent skin. ^^
