Finally a reno done by professionals--really very well designed without being overbearing. good to see the generous use of lighting in an inter terrace with no windows. of course you end up with so many potential art gallery walls in the house as a result. and for once it's believable when you say the rooms are spacious. absolutely ridiculous what managed to get built into this linear footprint. finally, a private balconing facing the front also. my jaw kept dropping. very enticing for 4m.

The colour choices for the furnishings were just 👌 Black against the dark brown are just so beautiful(E.g Staircase and Balcony’s ceiling)😍

Beautiful! Tastefully done up. But won’t be surprised if trolls start commenting about its price and renovation. My guess is that those who isn’t in the target market make the most noise being able to get a better deal in JB, Sydney, or back alley Manhattan.

Beautiful house, for this price point I’d say it’s good but there’s always room for negotiations. If I were to buy this house, I would certainly replace all the furnitures in level 1 and 2. It’s all up to personal preference, I’m not a white-black kind of guy when comes to houses. Beautiful house overall with great price.

Note to younger generations: A REAL entertainment room would contain 5,000 records, 5,000 CDs, 5,000 blu-ray discs or some other permutation. Physical media is so much more engaging and satisfying than digital. Going fully digital, when you look around the room, there is nothing but some furniture, the tv and sound system.
