I'm reading my dad's diary. On July 17, 1958 we stayed at this park for $1/night. "The showers were over in the tent area & were 10 cents for 7 minutes on a meter. We went clamming & got all the butter clams we wanted very easily. The meat up here at the little store is much, much better than the non-aged meat we buy in California -- 79 cents a pound. We stayed 5 days in this lovely park."
