@@RedPumarius The ones that were mentioned above but it's also fair to say that as a whole SF is a melodic, symphonic death metal so it tends to be slower and have a rhythm. Most of their truly fast songs are from the album Communion or before. Since that album they've only put out a few fast songs. Order of Dracul, Five-Pointed Star and maaaaaybe Dante's Inferno though it slows down a lot but as a whole have leaned into the melodic and symphonic elements.

@@valerieblackthorn13 I don't really want to get into an argument since everyone has opinions. All the same I can't believe you'd put Shade Empire before Septicflesh. Honestly this is one of SF weaker songs of late, look at a song like Enemy of Truth where they're at their best and there's just no comparison. Unlike many symphonic bands SF is actually classically trained and it shows. Many bands just try to be epic and loud, SF's symphonic elements are incredibly complex for a metal band. The fact you can remove the metal and the symphonic piece can stand as its own song is fucking WILD.

The main riff is pure Morbid Angel worship,can't wait for the album release!

Absolutely crushing. Seth's vocals seem more beastly and deep in this track, love the Morbid Angel vibes in my favourite band. The lyrics are just too relatable with the reality of things (Metaverse). You guys are the best.

Man, album excitement is usually pretty common but this shit brings me to a new level, holy shiiiit. The feel of this single makes me feel this album is going to DOMINATE.

I am speechless! One of the best Septicflesh songs ever. Music, lyrics, melodies, video, face paint!!!!

This band just doesn’t disappoint with their awesome heavy and yet clean instruments. Always a fan of their style and theatrical sound.

Im getting heavy Morbid Angel vibes ..... its giving me very welcome memories and a similar feeling bubbling up..... awesome primitive metal feel (As a metalhead from an early age and destroying my hearing since the late 80's, I think that these guys have captured something I feel is greatly missing in modern metal)

Yet another great song by the Symphonic Death Metal Gods from Greece! Loved the corpse paint, definitely caught me off-guard to see the band members with it for the first time. I really cannot wait for their 11th studio album come May 20th. That aside, I have come to notice that a majority of Septicflesh fans (or metal fans as a whole) don't really care for the lyrics, what the message behind the song really is, as long as it sounds good. That makes me among the minority who not only enjoy the sound, but want to go even further to find out more about the song. The story behind it. For example, in the previous song 'Hierophant', it seems to be a conversation between a priest (hence the name) and a forgotten god and the music video showing what looked like a sacrifice to this said god in return for something. 'FEED THE FIRE'. This song seems to be more direct to me personally (maybe because I am more familiar on the topic), alluding to humans in the virtual world. 'As gods they rule inside the server'. Looking it up, I find a 1984 novel by the same name written by William Gibson that has a very 'cyberpunk' theme that matches the song. Won't be the first time that Septicflesh has made a song based on a book or a movie. I would appreciate if one of the band members just broke down each song on the album, whether it's detailed or brief is upto them. That way passionate fans like me won't go down a rabbit hole, over-analyzing things that are simple and surface level😅 HAIL SEPTICFLESH🤘🔥

Need to listen in better conditions than at work, yet that instrumental intro, that chorus, these riffs, everything, it ROCKS HARD!

This has to be the best song off of "Modern Primitive". Well, either this or "Coming Storm".

What you guys do is nothing short of perfect.

The intro riff is just magical!!! The whole song rocks but especially the riff at the start really makes your mind travel !!!

Every second of what they do is fucking mythic. The drums are sick, Sotiris is golden and the riffs are sooo nicely heavy. And Seth is style the incarnation of a badass. Legends, to say the least.

This is a fabulous black metal rock band and already my best favorite one!
