I love the Hourglass palettes! Each year, I pick one and use it to death! The Merit solo: don’t like them just by watching reviews online. the darker ones are patchy. The lighter ones don’t blend easily it appears. I can see the edge of the cream shadow on your lids, Michele, and it should be blurrier.

Regarding the Hourglass palettes, if you're like me - a 40+ make-up amateur who goes for a quick look to get out of the door - the Hourglass face palettes are the perfect choice. And investment too. I had the Ghost Edit palette, I used it daily and it lasted for several years. Now I'm waiting for my Jellyfish palette to arrive. I also have an Hourglass face palette quad which I use for travel. I love them, definitely worth the money, at least for me.

Love this look on you! Also the Merit shadows are my favorite at the moment. Love them for every day. I throw on a shimmery topper most days but love them on their own. It takes only a few minutes. I find them super easy to work with.

Yes on the Dior brow pencil! I always come back to it! Great video, always love your monthly favorite videos and cutaways. I picked up the CdP shadow based on your recommendation, since I have the other 4 you mentioned in your Fall shadows to reach for, and love them all.

Great favourites. I picked up the Jellyfish and the Snake brush and the Shiseido foundation of your favourites. The Merit eyeshadows are nice but they don’t last all day on me even with primer which is a shame. Same with the Lisa Eldridge eyeliners, lovely smudged out but too smudged close to the eye.

Michelle I’ve been loving the Sisley bronzer. If u haven’t picked that up I highly recommend this one. Phyto-Poudre Compacte It’s such a soft beautiful powder! I can’t wait to get the foundation sounds like my favorite coverage. Good u have a wonderful week!💕

I am so perplexed. Many love the Merit shadows. I must not have applied correctly because I found them dry and patchy. Tugging on my old lids was a no no. I returned the 2 shadows that I had. If your love if kohl pencils is the minority then I'm in the minority too. I love kohl liners.

I tried two of the Merit Eyeshadow shades but like @jann3443, I found them a bit drying. I didn’t return, but am not using. Would not repurchase. I don’t think there is any mystery to application apart from using a light hand. I have both brushes that Michele is using. As for the Cle de Peau, those are my favorites of the year!

I never do this but I did buy the Merit eyeshadow brush the releases for these because I heard it worked well. I just quickly swipe a light layer. I’m 47 and have no issues. I use it daily. But it may really depend on if your eyelids are dry or oily and any texture you have on your eyelids.

I have the radiant lifting, I tried this new one, have to say revital essence is thinner than radiant lifting and moisturzing. You better try in the store, let see if you like the texture.
