Grocery prices are high here in Australia also Sheila. It’s the world recession and you’re right, just shop wisely and tighten the belt. I buy when things are on Specials and half price. We have Aldi’s in Australia also and they are very popular. Good shopping haul Sheila. 🌷🌹🌷

You shop like I do between two grocery stores for the cheaper prices over each store ! One place I shop at sells crumpets as well in their ‘international foods ‘ aisles’ . It’s $ 4.79 for pack of 6 or 8 crumpets I believe . Nice food there sheila. Love these videos separated from knitting channel !! Love Marilyn xx

@@SheilaShopsandCooks you’re right ! Very high prices. Truthfully I can barely afford to shop anything extra- just what I need.

@@amandah4834 our economy has been taking a hit . Good prices are skyrocketing . With no end insight . since covid our food supply in many stores is slim. Done items cannot be gotten for months. A dozen eggs was almost $5/ dozen. Thankfully eggs have come way down in price. Done folks I know pay $500 / week to feed a small family. Thankfully I’m on my own .

I love watching your shopping hauls Sheila. I work part time in Morrisons and get great discounts! 15% off which makes a real difference. I don't remember seeing the microwave meals in our Sainsbury's. I'm not sure if they do that cheaper range there. I'll have to have a look next time I''m in there
