That is the finest sweater i have seen in some time. Perhaps if I had that sweater, I could have the magic garden mojo of the Holzer family. In all seriousness, I think this system is the finest permaculture system around. The challenges he faces and overcomes on that farm are incredible.

Great video, but the English subtitles are really imprecise. Whoever did them may have been struggling with the Austrian dialect.

I totally agree. They are not just imprecise, but really do not convey the same message. Although, I cannot hear any dialect that would make it difficult to understand.

Thank you so much! Absolutely awesome video/interview, SO MUCH GREAT INFO and so nice to SEE it all in addition to hearing it explained! But what's with the Instagramish filter? With a landscape this beautiful and so in tune with nature, it's a shame not to see all the colors at their most natural reproduction possible. Also as many have said, the subtitles could be a lot better. Yellow tends to stand out more than white, and a black outline/dropshadow would help a lot too.
