I felt the same way! So odd that a foundation that just wasn't working, really came together in the end. I give points to the TF cheek palette and the bronzer for saving my skin color - lol

LOVE it!

I love the Rose inc foundation. Go up to shade 5 and use 2 Pumps applied with a brush. I purchased mine in store. The sales associate emphasized using a brush rather than fingers or a beauty blender with this foundation. The coverage is just enough to cover my redness.but still looks like fresh, dewy skin, not makeup. Again, use a brush and 2 pumps. I use sunscreen and moisturizer under mine. No problem. 60+ yrs young here.

Thanks for talking me down! SO glad there's no blister, how would I hold an eyeshadow brush? But, it does make me thing doing make-up with my left hand would be a funny idea for a video!

I watched several reviews of the tint and I came to the conclusion that those who bought too light of a shade had problems with it. I didn’t purchase yet, but will choose 50 if I do and I think we’re similar in color range although you are more neutral. I vote for you trying again with a different shade! I have to say that ever since you had those skin procedures your skin looks absolutely beautiful, well worth the effort.

I think the end result was really nice - the foundation alone was far, far too light, but with the Guerlain and the TF, it really looked (I thought) very natural!

I purchased the Rose Inc Tinted serum and I absolutely want to throw it against a wall lol. I got the color that matches me best but it still looks crazy when it's on my face and it leaves a weird film that clings to everything. Thanks for your beautiful reviews!!!!!

It's frustrating that the color range is small - as if it's a tint - but it really has a good amount of coverage!

First off, I had long hair and yesterday got 5 inches off ( stylist rec)it’s still long , but so nice and refreshing 🌸the fact that u filmed after the burn, helicopter hovering, nails recovering, etc etc . is to be applauded. Can’t wait for the new hair🌸take care , love the video, ( & a lidocaine burn gel is helpful( I put mine in fridge !)

I think he took four inches off - I'm not pleased! Sometimes he gets it PERFECT and sometimes he goes to far. I'm sure I'll get used to it, but .... ugh, I'm a little heartbroken over this cut. It's not just the length, either!

I got the Chanel Aqua Tint 6 months ago and its kind of a wierd concept ! looks pretty and natural---It does come with a short stiff brush which you must use to grab the product off the back of your hand ,and then really work it in (per sales person at X dept store). I hardly ever use it -prefer my Boots protect and perfect foundation from Walgreens🤣

Hi! Thank you for featuring the Rose Inc skin tint. The shade did make you look ghostly - which was a relief for me because it means that the coverage is better than Chanel’s Water tint. So once you get the right shade, this should look much better. I ordered the TF duo after seeing your review. You got the correct pronunciation for Sous le Sable (means “under the sand”). Great video!

Turned out fresh and beautiful- as always with your skill! Eyeglasses are my daily hairband too. Someone once said…Stay away from the magnifying mirror except for detail work. No one looks at you that close unless you know them very very well 😉. I have the Iconic London Blush duo in Rosey Glow in my cart. Another content creator who is not a big highlighter fan convinced me the duo is a gorgeous touch of color and subtle glow when used with a light hand. The highlighter looks a bit scary. We’ll see. I know you are selective with highlighter too. Have you tried it?

I made the same mistake as you, I got 40 in the Rose Inc, and I put it on yesterday and looked like a clown, it was sooo light! I’m going back today to exchange it, hopefully I’ll find a decent match. It did end up looking good on you.

@@TheHoodedLid oh no, I went to Sephora today and really couldn’t find a great match, 50 was too pink so I ended up wanting 60 but they were sold out of that shade so I ordered it. The problem with this product is that it has more coverage than the Chanel (maybe too much) so it’s tricky because you really need a good match. If the 60 doesn’t work out for me I’m going to return it and just stick to Chanel.

I've heard people compare the Sous Le Sable to the CT Pillow Talk quad. I returned that quad because it pulled incredibly orange on me - I am very pale with an olive/neutral undertone. If you have Pillow Talk, do you see a lot of similarities in tone and depth to this TF quad? I really want this one but don't want to be disappointed 😉

I never got the Pillow Talk because she was a bit late to the game, and I already have a few pink quads by then. Marc Jacobs had one and many colors in ND Tropic were pink, too! Sorry, I can't compare - but I can say, this doesn't pull orange. I do find CT blushes and shadow pull orange on me too.

I was JUST thinking that I would love to know what hooded Lid thinks abt the rose Inc tint! I just got it from the sephira sale. I dunno... I'm a little fairer and warmer than you. I got 30. It's ok, not too dark but maybe too warm. I am still thinking of trying 40 instead. I only tried it once but within a coupla hours it was looking so glowy/oily and my forehead was also not looking great. It accentuated lines. Not sure yet if I'll try another shade or just give up.

I love the Rose Inc skin tint. I am much more fair than you and am in 30. I think you might like a darker colour.

For sure! I bought 50 last night and am wearing it today. Very good match. The funny thing is - after bronzer and TF duo, I really felt it looked nice! Like a pale base with "warming" color products to give a sun kissed look!
