Sep 2022 Mikomoto Hammerhead Sharks 4K 神子元 ハンマーリバー ダイビング

This was my fourth time visiting Mikomoto this year and it was the best so far this diving season!
The water was clear and there were 100s of hammerhead sharks slowly swimming together in the same way. If you are a diver and love sharks, Mikomoto should be on your bucket list!

    I did 3 dives x 2 days. During summer, the probability of seeing this is not small but of course not 100% guaranteed so its safer to spend a few days in that area to make the probability higher. Enjoy!

    What was the water temperature? What strength of neopren did you use? And thanks for sharing! Absolutely breathtaking!

    Thank you for your comment. It was about 27℃ at the bottom and I was wearing a 5mm wetsuit. It was the beginning of last September. no need for a drysuit from May to October.
