The towers evidence is simply to prove that Mncube and Ntuli were not in Joburg at the time Senzo was killed.

Ntanzi could have been out or home after this trial if they called Bongani Dominic Mjiyako as a witness. They couldn't do or take that risk because they knew he did represented Ntanzi during bail hearing and confessions.
