I think those who have been following this case can see that this case has been cooked up,Bongani Ntanzi has no previous convictions and has no pending cases and because the defence had brought to the attention of the court during trial that he wants to apply for bail,Tumelo Madlala was then told to fabricate lies and say accused number 2 is the one who was at the Khumalos house and to show that the story was cooked how did Tumelo see accused number two because he failed to answer if it was light or dark when the shooting took place

After seeing Mbopha story, who was framed I do not trust our justice system anymore it might happen that the guy knows nothing about the killing

Let us accept the facts! I was saying since the beginning that that show of both Adv. TEFFO MAHISELA (I am not sure this is the right name) would come to an end! It is not that easy to force a confession if you didn't know about the crime as there are other elements and circumstances that must be taken into account. For example, how would he know the place, time and other elements? Then he needs to reconstruct the crime by going to the crime scene and explain everything. How could he do it without being part of the intruders? The main issue here is the motivation, therefore who requested them to kill MEYWA? KELLY is not part of it certainly, because she was happy in love with a six-year baby.

Being tortured does not change the confession statement, the statement remains a confession only its admissibility is affected. If the confession statements corroborate the evidence of the witnesses then the accused has a case to answer. The state has to prove two facts 1. The factual cause 2 the legal cause, to secure a conviction. Whether the accused is a first offender or he does not have any pending cases its neither here nor there.

I have missed out on this case even the judge has been changed. Realeasing someone so they can get a job to feed his family? Police should just own up to the mess they created. I hope this case is solved for sake of the victim's family they deserve justice. I can't even imagine the torture they go through day in and day out watching this circus unfold? Really traumatic
