I'm almost convinced that this looks almost the same as Sentry's later sirens. I mean the air raid siren wiki claims that most of sentry's products were based on the model m, and all this time i was confused as i thought they meant the pre 1972 version. I may be wrong.

Finally, a good recording of a Post-1972 M-10! They're raspy, punchy, and have a meaner sound than their predecessor! MADLAD ENERGY!

These were the best sirens until Federal came out with the thunderbolt.

The thunderbolt is not the best unfortunately. These are likely still the best after 100 years.

It’s totally worth going to. It is very loud even at a distance. That thing rumbles your chest hard from right under.

Yes! When Sentry bought sterling, they gave it a much better motor and overall design! I heavily praise these rare gems for their raspiness and similarities to the 10v2t

@@TheCasualSirenEnthusiast For sure. This Sterling was a lot more louder than I expected it to be. It bypassed my hearing protection a little bit and it rumbled my chest big time.

@@TheCasualSirenEnthusiast That’s right. They really had the right ideas for these sirens. Overall, I would say that when Sentry siren bought Sterling siren and Fire alarm, They really changed a lot and the loudness of the sirens increased

@@NSandBNSFrailfanProductions This is a Sentry, Sterling went out of business in 1973 and sold off all of their assets. And unlike the Sterling Counterparts, this model is correctly referred to as the "Model M-10"
