Thats partial agreement. not disagreeing. it means you respect his opinion and take his opinion and add it. which directly/indirectly means partial agreement

I think a group discussion panel also checks whether you can be a good leader or not... So u must have also spoken about how can you involve other members in the group into the discussion if they are sitting quietly

Hello madam , I really appreciate the way you have presented the topic Group Discussion . Group Discussion is not just sharing of views but it's the reflection of personality traits . You have recommended very nice expressions. But in my opinion , I oppose or don't agree seem to be rather offensive . It's all very well but....or I rather think differently are preferable expressions . Along with verbal communication you cold have added some tips on body language .
