My daughter bought this thing for me, and it was okay at first, but soon the lock knob in the center couldn't be locked, so I couldn't adjust the height and low when I wanted to shoot, and if I wanted to shoot high, I had to use something to hold it, which was very troublesome

Thanks! Two problems though: I can't expand the phone holder enough to have it held vertically, and I do not have a screw on the very top to hold my camera. Help! I've got a Sensyne 10".

Just got this one. If your ring light is to the side (using a computer) and it causes a shadow, where should you put it? Behind the computer or cell phone always or better behind you? What if you are 10-15 ft away from the video when recording, the light is still best behind the computer or cell phone that is recording? I film yoga videos so sometimes am far away (wall is behind me so can't put light behind me) and sometimes leading meditations at the computer (close). Thanks.

Great instructions. Have a problem. plugged the power supply light is on my extension cord so I know it is working. Plugged in next to phone but no light comes on. What am I doing wrong?????

If you bought the exact same problem, that sounds like something you would need to reach out to the manufacturer about.

The ring light only controls my phone volume not the record button why?

I am unsure about that, sorry. I no longer have this rig with me for testing either, unfortunately.

They changed the design since this, with the phone mount no longer screwing to the base but instead just flimsily sitting in a slot with nothing holding it in place but gravity. Terrible design, I have no idea why they did that but I'll be sending my back.

You would’ve pushed the bottom of the phone holder in the back of the led

Newer boxes 📦 have a “cartoon” image demonstrating the product on the box

is the tripod stable when you tilt it downwards? will it fall over with the light and phone attached?

I believe it had batteries, but unfortunately I cannot remember, and no longer have it with me to verify. You can use the link in the video description to get more product info, however.

My ring light flashes for a millisecond then turns off, the blue light is ok indicating that it should be on but it’s not
