I actually found "let me solo her" summoning runes in front of malenia's room on my 3rd run. I got to watch him destroy her, he even waved at me waiting for her rot bloom to dissipate. Was my easiest malenia win 😅

I don't think the healing was all that bad really. It's not like I could afford to get hit anyways, 2-3 hits and I die, caught be waterfoul and I die. I just wished they had made the waterfoul dance a little easier to figure out how to dodge. I was losing my mind, like there has to be a way to dodge it?? Looked it up, found little, just watched pros do it and tried the same as they did.

Man. It took me a week to put malenia in the dirt with the mimic tear( in hindsight, prolly why it took so long) but goddamn it was satisfying to put her down

You don't need to do PvP for Varre's questline to get to Mohg's domain early. There's an NPC invasion that you can do in Altus Plateau that lets you bypass that for people who play offline. And, even if you do choose the PvP route, you don't actually have to do the invasion. Invade, use the Severed Finger, repeat two more times (Total of thrice), return to Varre, go to Mohg's domain, farm Albinaurics, ???, profit. You can do this as soon as you kill your first Demigod (Godrick is the easiest). Alot of my runs will start off with me beelining to get a Bleed weapon that I can actually use, running to the Church of Marika, using the portal to Dragonbarrow, and then sprinting past 3 bosses on Torrent to reach the Wellspring to jump up to Fort Fargoth, grabbing the Grace, then bleeding Greyoll (The giant sleeping dragon) to death from its blindspot where none of its pet Lesser Dragons can reach you. Spend those Runes, run inside Fargoth, grab the Dectus Medallion piece, grab Radagon's Soreseal, die, go to the other Fort in Limgrave to get the other Dectus piece. After that, it's just a matter of reaching Godrick in your preferred manner. I typically just run through the front gate after killing Morgott. It's much faster. Kill Godrick, enter the Roundtable and talk to the Finger Maiden/Fingers to teigger Varre's move to the Church in Liurnia, talk to him till he tells you to do the PvP thing, run to Wellspring next to the Walking Mausoleum, jump up, sprint past all enemies, use the Dectus Lift, sprint to the NPC invasion, kill him, go back to Varre, do the blood-soaked cloth thing, get your trophy, use it to TP to Mohg's domain. Once you've done it enough, it should take you maybe an hour to reach Mohg's domain. Most of that time is killing Greyoll and running, and maybe Stormveil, depending on your method of entry.

You also don't need to even learn how to i-Frame Waterfowl Dance. For some reason, FromSoft rhought it'd be funny yo make her as light as your average Godrick Knight, so pretty much every heavy move will knock her down, and she poise breaks super easy. In my first playthrough, I spammed Ordovis Greatsword and the Crucible Horn Incantation till she died. And, despite what some of the sweatier players will scream about, using the Mimic Tear is perfectly ok. I don't see a problem with using it until you're comfortable enough as a player to stop using summons.

I actually enjoyed my fight with Loretta, not because she's a woman, here me out. But because despite being overpowered than the other on the upper Halig, she's actually the one that would battle you in a proper manner. Unlike everything else that feels like Vietnam. Especially the flying things and the bubble people. Also, attack wise, she has more offensive power than even the sentinels

I started with elden ring and then went through all other souls games and i have to say nk and dancer seemed as hard as early game elden ring bosses to me in terms of difficulty. I really think veteran souls fans overhype these bosses because of their trauma. Imagine how disapointed i was when i beat these mf in a few tries
