Do you still have them now? I just picked up a pair and it would be cool to know how they're gonna be 4 years down the road

I remember Sennheiser as being the Number 1 choice of headphones back in the late 70's. They had beautiful clarity but they cost the earth at the time. The current prices are still about the same monetary amount as they were then despite people's wages having multiplied numerous times since then.

@The Caring Adolf Hitler i actuallly think brands like sony , audio technica , sennheiser , akg are still pretty popular with our generation and i think these might have a more hardcore following than brands like beats and jbl , beats and jbl are merely big names , only a few of their products are actually adequate

this headphones are sweet,the music comes out in the most perfect stereo and they are loudly clear too

Didn't own HD 206 yet, but i have HD 201 and they really need an amplifier to work as intended, through an amplifier (i use xonar dgx with built in amplifier and 150 ohm exciter mode) these get loud, really clear and have bass, big recommendation from me for these headphones, without an amplifier or connected to a smartphone they are really quiet and almost no bass since they don't get enough power.

The intro is sooo cool

I have a set of hd206's I also have quite big ears and they fit perfectly. The lows and mids are good and the highs are the best I've heard on sub £100 headphones.

yeah never eat at your desk Zander LOL we used to use them in our Radio studio they are good headphones just be careful because the padding can come off and you might get black bits on your ears. nice video and thanks for sharing

Good for budget but I've been spoilt with premium closed backs like DT 770s and Sennheiser HD 569's so trying these for travelling, I just couldn't bare them.

These Headphones are clean btw I have this exact model for 1 year the covering for the padding is starting to peel off but its not that bad its still comfy!

@@ananthasivans220 pretty decent tbh i like the overall sound quality when it comes to the surround aspect and the Bass is just fine the headphones isnt too loud itself and it's very comfortable for long usage I'd Reccomend if u on a budget :)

Got them for 10euros on sale from Müller here in Germany, and sennheiser hd 300 was 15, I just wanted a pair of headphones for my ps4 and never had a senheiser before

i was going to buy the Sony mdr xb4490ap extra bass, but I talked with a guy that works editing music and told me, dude. take the sennheiser 206. you dont want that extra bass of the sony, cos it will affect your editing. you need a clean sound, a real bass, and sennheiser is a beast on that. so yeah. it was a good choice.

Those are on sale on amazon,here in Mexico those are not cheap, I heard in Some videos that in usa those are $20 but here in Mexico they are like 60-70 dollars, But since they have offer they are in 30 So I think they'll be my first sennheiser (without becoming poor)

I’m not a fan of these they broke within a month of my purchase and were EXTREMELY uncomfortable when wearing for any extended period. The akg k52 or Samson sr850 are definitely worth the extra $30

where is the full review of sennheiser HD206??

I've user HD 202 and HD 202 II for some years and I've been very satisfied with them. When they broke I bought the HD206 and they are very very bad. Dampened sound, weak across the whole spectrum, mild hissing and overall lower build quality with flimsy plastic. Look for something else !

No, these are strictly meant for studio use Sound output is pretty flat and has poor high-frequency sound reproduction.
