TIPS FOR PASSING YOUR SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER INTERVIEW
- An ability to manage multiple, difficult and complex projects concurrently;
- Demonstrate effective on-site and off-site leadership skills;
- Meet project goals, timescales, and specifications as determined during the planning stage of each project;
- Utilize effective project management skills to lead and inspire team members, contractors and those people who have a vested interested in the project;
- Work solely to achieve the objectives of the plan as determined by the client or the senior management team members of the organization you are employed by.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

These are the questions I got in an interview for a Project Manager role and not a senior project manager. I was prepared thankfully, but I find interesting. I passed this round and have the next round lined up. I’m asked to share a project plan and walk them through my process. A first for me. Wondering if this is the new standard?
