Hi there, I'm 72 and already went to the DMV, picture taken fingerprinted, and passed the "C" test but failed my motorcycle test. They told me I needed to reapply and start over, even though I told them I didn't need the motorcycle license. I didn't see any option online for me to take the e-learning test.

If you passed class C test, you will receive your driver license within 2 weeks. E-Learning is only applied for Class C.

Hi Sir, E-Learning is applied for class C driver license. It costs only $45. You may ask DMV to refund you money. And also E-Learning is only for renewal driver license for senior.

I already took the vision Test and paid for the fee at DMV. Now, I saw this clip and I want to take the test under this program. So, can you please tell me what am I going to do ? Please let me know? I am 78 years old. Thanks.

You have already paid the renewal fee at the DMV office. Please note that you are required to complete the written test 3 times at the DMV. If you do not pass, you can visit www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/ and follow the steps outlined in my video provided there. Best of luck!

@@justbecause502 what I did on line was e-learning, you go thru about 7 lessons, after each lesson there is a simple quiz to test your knowledge. It is not graded, it is just some sort of a review if you understood the lesson.

Will this still work if someone failed their test at the dmv already?

Yes, it works. You have to complete 3 attempts of writing test, if you are still not passed , then you can make payment for the E-Learning.

Two days ago 5/25 Sat, I successfully enrolled the eLearning course with payment paid and got receipt with Payment Confirmation Number, but still unable get access to the DMV Virtual Test Center to start my learning, had tried clicking on "click here" wordings several times yesterday and today (Sunday) in same DMV email which showed payment confirmation number although DMV email said Virtual Test Center eLearning course available 27/4days week. Seemed eLearning access still not available or activated, is it because of virtual training center only operates on week days, not on Sat/Sun perhaps also Holidays (incl. 5/27?). Found also DL application confirmation code not shown on email. Please advise how could I resolve situations or get access to or have it activated so able to start course learning ASAP. I'm 81 years old. Thx.

Thank you offer for help. As said maybe wrong step or missing step, will hold n wait couple days, awaiting possible update at DMV as paid 3 days ago, but seemed not yet processed till today due holidays. Although no virtual test but virtual test center still existed to monitor course. Will ask for help if needed then. Thks.
