Article 149(1) The president shall nominate a person to fill the position within 14 days and the NA shall vote on the nomination within 60 days.

The opening remarks by Ahmednasir was nonsense. He used words to confuse listeners but he actually said nothing. The subsequent remarks were just demonstration of his support for Ruto in total disregard of the facts and it is a shame if such conduct is from someone regarded as senior counsel.

Was there war? And who caused the war? The same people bringing handshake. Uhuru rigged the elections, instead of handshake he should have opened the server. The turmoil was his own doing and could easily have been rectified by u doing it by opening the server. The handshake was just a bandage. The same problem remains and as Sabina Charge said the monster will raise it's head again in 2022.
