Senegal parrots will not tolerate anyone they don't like or trust. The fact it was so calm is testament that it trusts his owner and the hard work thats been put in to bond with him. I'm jealous as my Senegal is 30 years now and will allow head scratches but would bite hard if I tried to do this and he takes no prisoners

Omg that’s a little rough but amazed he’s not even scared or tries to fly off or bite. I just put him on a stick in shower and my 26 yr old Senegal will get the mist or the droplets and love it.

I live in a tropical climate and my Senegal needs a regular shower. She doesn’t like it but tepid water in a sink or a light shower in her cage keeps her clean and fresh.

More than anyone else, we are always monitoring the parrot's condition. Please understand that you have no choice but to choose your bathing method. Otherwise my parrot wouldn't even touch the water on its own. I'm not that crazy owner.

@@brdhtr packt man sie auch gewaltsam in die Badewanne. Das ist unmöglich , der Vogel sollte selbst entscheiden wann er badet . Das ist wider der Natur.

You should bathe them like that. They can do it themselves . The best thing you can do is spray them or ofer them a boul. Not hold them forcefuly under running water.

I would not recommend anyone bath there parrot this way. Water going into the nasal an mouth this way can cause serious damage an lethal upper respiratory tract infection an drowning. Never turn your parrot tipped up for too long,this in many birds,can cut their air supply off. I like this channel but,I do feel this was hard handling, definitely unintentional an realise this bird is loved but research here is needed cos I would hate to see anything happen to this little beauty an devastate it's owner..

@@brdhtr your reply is one sided..mine was a advise to all my friend...I do not see this as intentional at all but I rescue birds with a avian vet an for once I assure you this is extremely dangerous. I would advise studying ornathology an anatomy of birds. Birds will bath themselves,if not a gentle warm water spray is best...
