hi crystal.. great and informative videos.. just to be sure i have a couple of questions 1- does fba mean that amazon will bring my products from my supplier or do I still need a shipping company.? 2- if i need a shipping company do I add the the carrier's address in the (ship from ) section or the suppliers address? 3- where do I get amazon fulfillment center address? if you can make a video of how to communicate supplier, carrier and amazon it would be great..I would really love to start selling on amazon yet I find it very confusing and complicated

Can you please do an updated video, as there are many options in the drop down list, and I cant seem to book an appointmennt doing it your way. There is a new requirement which is "In order to verify that you are a legitimate carrier, please provide your transportation ID. This information will only be required once, and does not impact future requests. " Which I do not understand

Good Work Krystel! People like you are actually helping newcomers to a greater path. I have a small doubt, how much time in today's COVID crisis scenario they are taking to approve the carrier central appointments ? I know its taking lot more than usual. But I wanted to know an approximate time, like 1 week or 2 weeks, how much? Further I would also like to know as a merchant shipper show much time (or what is product sales ) required to get the buy box? I know its all system based, but I wanted to know is it like 5 product sale or 20 product sale would help me get the buy box?

Well the appointment depends on if you are a new seller sending inventory for the first time or if you are replenishing your stock - so as of now appointments are taking 5-10 days. I can’t give you a general answer to the buy box question because that depends on a lot of factors , mainly the price, FBA and sales history as well as frequency

I created a listing for each design with 2 pieces per order. After watching your videos I understand each design should have FNSKU on each of the 2 pieces... And the FBA label on the carton.. Is there any other labels I should attach? It will be under Generic so not using UPC ..

Thank you so much. Very valuable information. I want to know one important thing in appointment. If we importing the goods from china. We don't know the final date of arrival. How will we manage this in appointment as you said that if the Box are 30m late then the appointment will be cancel.

Once again informative, computer based actual shipment plan instead of just explaining that really helps, question how do you manage when supplier is from china does not the date and time of delivery ? Thank you Krystal

Hi Krystal, we're going to process first FBA shipment to UAE, with this method: we use DHL from Taipei to UAE warehouse directly, and we've find an local IOR to provide docs for customs clearance process. so can we made the appointment ID by ourselves & DHL ship directly to the warehouse? or we should find an local logistics(which is also the IOR) and they have warehouse to store our goods first before ship to the Amazon warehouse? thank you for your infomation

Some Freight Forwarders handle appointment themselves and some require you as a seller to create an appointment so you will need to check with the company that is handling your shipping and logistics in the UAE

Thanks for watching. No they don't but you also need to remember that in the end a customer will receive your items so you want to give out a good impression. So you need packaging that is both durable, low cost and gives a professional image.

It is true however a lot of sellers have been able to deliver less than 100 units with no appointment if they do it themselves because it’s tough to convince a courier company to deliver without an appointment and even if they do...they get rejected for some reason

very nice video i have one question if we are taking ddp service from freight forwarder it mean they will deliver to amazon warehouse then still we need to go to seller carrier central to book appointment as we dont know when it will get custome clear and how many days it will take sea or air freight so how we can do that can u give me answer. thnxx
