Does Sakari assign a "phone number" for you, or you add your own phone number somewhere so they'll now is you and not some sales spam SMS?

You can either send it from a Sakari-issued phone number, or in the United States and Canada we can text-enable most landline or VOIP phone numbers.

We can send from most US and Canada VOIP and landline phone numbers, but we can't send from Google Voice numbers.

What happens if there is no 3rd column content? Shall I make something up?

Hi Jan, there is no requirement to have more than the country code and mobile phone number. Just delete the entire third column entirely.

PS/I do not have phone numbers. These are FB, mostly real, friends to announce my new career. I don't want to do this on NewsFeed.

Yes, you do need to know the mobile number in order to send the message.

I have a list of over 1000 phone numbers. If one by accident happens to be a land line instead of a mobile will the entire list get bounced back or will all the other numbers go through?

No, only the individual landline instances will fail to send. The rest will send.

I created a Trial Account and when tried to send BUlK SMS in India i get error as Insufficient fund.

We support messaging in most countries but unfortunately, there are some international markets where we are not able to reliably provide text messaging services. In these markets we restrict new account creation.
