How about the case that I want to make a automatic program to send a command to specific channel to command the bot to do something? For example, whenever the temperature measurement is higher than 100F, I would like my program to send a command to a specific channel so my bot can take the command and to perform certain action like: crank up the AC. In your example you have to manually type the message in discord.

Vs code. One of the best editers there is. Plus it's free. Pycharm is better, but pycharm is python only, and vs code supports basically every language (assuming you have that setup)

prob make an embed before embed= discord.Embed( title= 'title', color= discord.Color.blue(), description= 'description' then replace the message in *channel.send('your text')* with *channel.send(embed=embed)*

Make a list of all the channel id's, then use a for loop to go through them.
