Raul Jimenez is 31, he's slow, injury prone and has only got into double figure twice since leaving Mexico. He's shite. Nkunku is too short. If Beto continues to score for Udinese, he's worth a shot.

Ole read my mind, Giroud deserves a lot of credit, he's working extremely hard, he's always giving his best, and he's still winning us games, massive props to him for that. Sure Theo and Leao do the same but the age difference is a huge factor here

We should be worried about Zagreb they play very defensive game and they are really good at it and we struggle to score against such teams.

Honestly I love the idea of playing a back three. It works. Leao can be brought higher up or play in a striker pair. We have Thiaw an Gabbia. Our RBs can play as wingbacks, Dest as much on the left as the right. Chelsea will have rested because the queen died and they are not having most of the games. That game will be extremely hard. Potential number 9s, go for one of the two RB Salzburg: Okafor or Sesko. They are young, good, fast, have UCL xp and potentially more affordable than French or other Italian players.

Guys we are so fucked. Rebic has a herniated disc in his back and origi has gone back to Belgium for theirs national teams’ medics to try to get him to recover. I genuinely cannot understand how we have been left so threadbare at such an early stage of the season. Lazetic has to be available and he is going to have to show up. Giroud has been nothing short of incredible but he needs to rest or I worry he will get a long term injury and join the ever growing list of players on the sidelines.

We should play 5 at the back against Napoli. That way our right centre back and right wing back can double up on Kvarstshkella who is undoubtedly their most dangerous player especially with no osimehn. If we want to match them in midfield we could go with Vranckx at the base and tonali and bennacer box to box either side of him. CDK could then be supporting Giroud. It sounds defensive but with Vranckx at CDM and three centre backs , it gives the licence for Theo and Calabria to get down the wings and get crosses in for CDK and giroud and also tonali and bennacer to get into good attacking positions also.

I think milan should go for noah okafor, looked great against us and has a contract that expires 2024 so shouldnt be too expansive in the summer

I don’t understand the logic behind people saying either renew for Leao or sell him. Renewing until 2027 with a salary of 7 million means we have a stronger claim to demand a higher fee for him in 2024 or even 2025 while he plays these seasons. Granted his performances may take a dip but we could easily demand 100 million in a couple of years even with the dip in form.

We should of looked at Diego Costa before he went to Wolves. He was clubless meaning he could sign outside the mercato.
