Yep, the ref missed that one. But if you're doing should-a-beens, Crusaders may-have-held them out anyway, we'll never know. Coles should-a-been red carded for a late, malicious and deliberate shoulder charge. Then what would the score have been? Could-a-been a yellow card for gold 13 holding back a chaser in the 12th minute (lucky the try was scored by someone else or it may-have-been a yellow).

In terms of who had the biggest impact for their team, Barrett wins, Mo’unga played well of course, but his day was made a lot easier for him by his forward pack, and his try was pretty much gifted to him by the hurricanes with terrible ball control, Barrett would’ve been devastating if he was playing for the crusaders.

Best game I've ever seen@Super XV level - outstanding commitment from both teams. That hand by Whitelock is cynical - it's 10mins + a penalty. Still think Perenara needed more composure under fire tho, they started playing hot potato but needed to recycle & grind = the Northern hemisphere approach.

I’m a proud Crusader living in the U.K. and that was awesome, but having watched the Jaguares all season they will be a force to be reckoned with. Looking forward to what will follow.

Sorry but experts have spoken. Whitelock was on side. TJ picked uo the ball. If anything it a accidential offside by Ardie . Learn the rules. Im no expert but i do listens to the experts on tv. They just explained it all on Rugby nationm. So time to whinging. TJ knocked it on and whitelock made it happen. They showed real good shots of it. LÔNE WØLF when you have that experience from the crusaders forwards it’s very hard to maintain a game plan for the hurricanes to try and pursue. I though Isaiah walker leaware played very well, and Fifita and laupepe. Opportunities for the hurricanes limited after errors. But overall a great game!!!

Hurricanes only got into that field position late in the game thanks to a massive forward pass that was missed before Ben Lam kicked it ahead. The referee missed stuff from both sides (like not at least penalizing Dane Coles for smashing Richie Mo'unga late for example). This was the best game of the year despite the refereeing and the shame of it all was it was only a Semi Final thanks to the Hurricanes being ranked behind the South African and Australian conference winners (who had fewer points than the Canes). Two years in a row now the two best teams have been forced to meet in a Semi Final rather than the Final because of this system and I'm glad it's finally getting thrown in the scrapheap after next year, with a proper round robin returning in 2021. At least with a round robin the teams play each other at least once and the best teams EARN their playoff spots on MERIT, regardless of where they're from, which is how it used to be before the ridiculous conference formats invaded Super Rugby in 2011.

We might take the piss on social media platforms but the Jaguares will play like men possessed, they are passionate about their rugby and will be prepared to go to any lengths to win. This is going to be an epic, bruising, encounter. The Canes did us no favours, either, some of those tackles hurt to watch. Lol, no denials, here, either.

paul rangi - I feel for the Canes and hate the way the conference was set up in the first place - I'd rather have played any Kiwi team in the final as I want all our RWC players to get as much footy as possible in the lead-up. You've made good points, too, our depth will be severely tested.

Agreed how is it good for the Competition if these fools win their *10th title?* I ain't gonna watch. I'll support the Jaguars but it's inevitable who will win.

watch it again because your wrong, Whitelock knock out of TJs hands but it didn't go foRward from Whitelock , it when forward from TJ great call ref he was right there and made right call,

Hopefully crusaders lose the grand final
