Hey Ladies!! Regarding the vitamin C and iron combo that you take Stephanie, my pharmacist recommended that I take my iron tablets with orange juice (which already has vitamin C) and might be easier for your body to process the iron faster as it doesn't need to breakdown the vitamin C tablet since the orange juice will be readily digestible by your body in it's liquid form..and plus less tablets to swallow! Loved this vlog along with all your previous ones!❤️

Melos, never get rid of that pink sweater! I remember when you got it/photographed yourself in it and said it reminded you of American Apparel. It's such a great color for you/staple. MY own favorite sweater is very similar, but it's purple and I found it in the Guy's section of a Buy/Sell/Trade store (like Buffalo). Anyways, if you are listing stuff please add to Depop for those of us who don't live in AZ to make a quick trip to your Buffalo(s?). *If you're getting rid of that Mexican top (don't, but It you find you need to) I'd buy that right away. I have one of those dresses, too. ❤️

Have you tried using mens shave cream (like Barbasol) on the makeup stain? Gel won't work but you may want to try cream. I've used it to get out numerous stains from clothing, carpet, and my car seats. It's removed old set in soda stains, stains from liquid water enhancer, and makeup. I just wipe the cream on the stain, leave it for about 5 minutes (or longer depending on how bad the stain is) and it wipes right up.

Hey Steph, if you make another version of the top maybe add some darts to the sides. It's already super cute tho! The darts will just give it a bit of shape and there are some great tutorials here on youtube. Love you guys and I can't wait for the more lentil recipes.

I've been eating "avacado toast" for 40 years (I'm 43) as I'm Irish and it's a very "British" thing so I really find it funny and strange that like Steph said it's "trendy". Love the vlogs !

Steph, I'm sure you know this already but just incase you don't, don't add cheese or any sort of dairy product to your beans (or any other source of iron) as calcium inhibits iron absorption 😬 On the other hand, vitamin c helps your body absorb iron 🤓 Just thought I'd share since I'm anemic too.

I haaaaaate greasy feeling hand creme but have super dry skin and the best thing I've found is the Moroccanoil hand creme. It's super light but also very moisterizing. It dries so quickly so it doesn't leave any residue. It's pretty pricey but I've never found anything that works better.

It's fun to watch you girls :)

Catching up with vlogs just now! I used up alla my Glossier Skin Tint in Medium which I loved, it worked for what I wanted my skin to look like, but I found by the end of the bottle it would sting my eyes too

I'm anemic too it's great to see the food you get and see if it helps! Cause iron pills suck 😩

Steph, you won't need to take the extra vitamin c supplement, if you're going to eat the beans with the dark leafy greens, especially kale. If you add some bell peppers with it as well, then it's more than enough of a balance.

My mom has an iron deficiency and every now and then when she feels particularly sluggish and she knows thats whats bothering her, she'll drink a glass of orange juice and then a piece of slighlty redder meat, like steak or hamburger cooked med. I hope you figure everything out regarding this! "That's fake water, go away" LOL I also loved Punk's top especially with the star scarf! Super cute!
