So im going to start a compounded version too. Came across your channelbas im trying tovresearch compound vs ozempic. I think your vid helped me decide on it. Doc prescribed ozempic because of pre-diabetes plus other issues. However ins still declined. So she suggested a fellow physician thatll do. I asked her to give me no bs opinion and she said that option is just as good as regular ozempic. Have you seen/met others on compound or ozempic? What results have you seen for them?

I am taking compounded semaglutide! I just took the fourth 0.25mg shot, and I'm currently down almost 9lbs from my starting weight. It's working great for me! There's tons of Facebook groups if you want to find a community of people.

How about the cost? Is it all out of pocket?

10 units did nothing for me. Moving to 20 tomorrow.

Did you take any vitamins?

Hey girl! Yes I’ve still been seeing results! Down around 35lbs! I definitely think it’s a great tool to get people kickstarted on their journey. I personally have decided to start to come off of it and am working more with a macro coach to make sure my nutrition is where I need it to be. I knew this wasn’t a forever thing for me but it definitely was a great place to get me started!!

This is my first week 1/11/24 I lost 2 pounds I was expecting a bigger number but I only have 28 pounds to loose I also go to the gym 5 days a week and have a very healthy diet so lets see how it goes on my second week

I’ve tried ozempic and monjaro and get so fatigued with both. Will my body eventually adjust ?

I'm on my second week of Semaglutide (10 units/:25mg) and find I'm struggling more with hunger. Did you experience this?

No I honestly didn't! I really struggled more with nausea the first two months than anything. I feel like after my second month on the 10 units I maybe felt a little more hungry just bc my body was getting used to it!

I just started my second week last night. And I noticed that 24 hours before my next shot I was absolutely starving! I heard some people break the shot up into two days a week. I wonder if that might help?

Do you ever drink alcohol while taking this?

I’ve had a glass of wine with dinner while on this medicine and been okay! Just haven’t ever tried drinking any more than that!

For me, alcohol suddenly tastes like earwax or vinegar. I can't stand the taste of it!

10 units! I am now on 30!

This drug does not work I have used it for over a year I lost 12 pounds at first, now I just keep gain weight while still using it

Drug doesn’t automatically make u lose weight u still have to follow a calorie in vs calorie out diet it just makes it easier to do.
