I like a military jeep as well but I'm curious how an electric jeep keeps the vision alive?

Thanks for showing us around SEMA. While I'm not a fan of owning any EVs, the Electrified CJ was a nice set up. Very minimal extra gadgets to drain on the system and just the basics to operate a vehicle.

I really digged the electric ones! Amazing how much power they have with big tires and lifts👍👍 Hopefully they start making them affordable for the masses🤞

@@John-uo1qf Many folks thought the same about gasoline engines when they took over the horse and buggy. I’d rather smell fresh clean air and enjoy the sound of nature when I’m out on the trails with my Jeep than smelling stinky exhaust from a gasoline engine!

@@John-uo1qf Assuming I'm boondocking, the propane generator in my truck camper would work fine for level 1 charging. While it's not for everyone, I'm sure there are plenty of people out there that wouldn't mind either of those for a TOAD.

I loved the Jeep Magneto! SO much horsepower and torque and in nice 2 door ❤. Good clean energy fun and still so rugged and trail ready 👍🏻

...i only clicked on this video to see the magneto 2.0, so when he said "i know we're not all about the electric stuff", i chuckled a little. i've never driven/owned a jeep, but when i saw that magneto 2.0 earlier this year, i told myself i have two years to budget for this beast and all of the aftermarket parts i plan to put on it. sorry old jeep faithful, but jeep going electric just earned the company a new wrangler fan.

The wheelbase on the electric 2 door is what they should have done with the JL 2 door. Everyone loves the LJ so I never could understand why they didn’t use the 103” wheelbase again.

Hair cut on point dude! I’m just waiting for everyone to get back to work since it seems most staff are at SEMA.

The low snorkel is correct for water. Not very good for dusty roads.

For some reason I think the JL looks better with triangle treads over tires. Not just badass factor, but triangle wheels fit it better than circles it seems 😂😂

Did you happen to see Ryan mayer at Sema. People are starting to wonder about him. He hasn't posted in a while now on his KZread channel. Just wondering hell you may not even know him just figured I'd ask

Let me know when they fix the death wobble. I had a 2010 Wrangler that went bad at 80k miles and it was babied and never off road. Such a shame and such a stupid purchase on my part. Never again. It's been a few years and I'm still extremely upset and upset at the way I was treated by the dealer. I was walking to my car with a couple friends and I said my goodbyes and I shut my door and my mirror fell right off the door, it was all crumpled rust on a truck that had zero visible rust anywhere and I drove it through several winters. I was laughed at. It's still ticks me off to this day, perfect maintenance and I blew my front axle riding on the highways and I messed up a bunch of other things because I was in 4hi. This thing was maintained and treated very very well. It has to go because I didn't have the money for 7000 bucks with labor to fix it. Very embarrassing, I babied it thinking it would take me through a rough period of time. Anyways I had to sell it to a guy who buys busted up cars, it was my only way out. Fool me once, fool me twice, ya know the saying. Just letting you know what your representing. I know I know, nobody cares.

Are those snorkels prove to flooding the engine?

Snorkels should do the exact opposite by raising the intake above the hood to prevent water-locking.

I wonder if they must pay royalties to Marvel for the use of the name Magneto? Amazed they didn't choose dynamo which seems better related IMHO. Since I am talking electric, is it, the Magneto faster than a 392? It sure seems like it will be from the number he quoted. The main thing on the RR skid plated is they have removable poly outer skin so the metal/ alloy plate is not easily damaged by rocks. Not sure on the all red seats in the Rubicon 20-anniversary. Especially with no red dash. I pulled out my factory gray dash and put in a red one.

Respectfully, I am awaiting the Magneto 2.0 "ONLY". I love Jeeps and what they have done with various engins, etc; however, the stats of the Magento 2.0 beats all the others IMHO. Who needs gas, coolant, oil changes, etc. All of that is a drag when you can just charge and go. That is revolutionary so I hope Jeep does not water it down.
