Electrical components from earlier Ski-doos can be swapped around provided you use pre-DESS cdi boxes .l have had no problems.

I have a 1997 machine 1 700 with no spark paid $500 for it thank you ao much for the detailed video going to try this when i get home !! Im no electrician!

What would cause week spark on all 3 plugs was running ok then shut off and won't start up now and spark is really low

my 809 gt was 150psi per cyl and for a touring sled with a 136 track it hauled ass 180km per hour on radar

We r checking them yes

Didn't see you test the ignition coil insulation (red and black or red to ground at the stator)...should be open, mine was grounded causing no spark.

Yup cdi intermittent, also rerouted the harness and checked it over. Have another video coming on this updated!

The problem is most ppl are clueless... once u no what to look for it's easy...

@@bearkreekboys , I just know alot of guys didn't keep up with the isoflex and those bearings are notorious for going out if left neglected.

Stator would do it, weak coil ground, corroded spark plug boots, test stator and check the easy stuff like connections
