I’ve always found drawing faces really intimidating so I’ve never actually tried to create a self portrait but I love seeing how you’ve used so many different styles in this sketchbook and how you’ve focused on capturing your mood rather than always getting an exact likeness. I think you’ve inspired me to give self portraits a try next year, not sure I’ll do a whole book but even a few would be worth a try. This has been a hard few weeks for you but I hope you manage to relax & enjoy the holiday period.
