One of the biggest achievements someone can get is being able to know they love themselves, because you wouldn't believe the amount of people who can't :( And I'm happy to be one of the people who achieved self love 👍

I used to hate myself but I eventually gain a bit to much self love at times. Sometimes I straight up say "you may think I'm nice but nah I'M A GODDESS" *kinda think that's a little too much self love😅😅*

Please try to love & respect yourself everyone, no matter what anyone says your perfect the way you are. whether you make so many mistakes, mistakes are how you learn and be better. Whether you are selfish and put others first, make sure to put yourself in the same place. Whether your "ugly" know they are only jealous of your beauty, whether your "fat" it means you are better since you can buy more food and treat yourself. Whether your anything else, if you cry it means you've been strong for too long and that's totally okay. If you are so called "heartless" it means you went through so much pain you don't feel sad anymore and now need love. If you get bullied, the bullies are jealous of how much better you are than them. You know, last night I realized how good summer break has been for me. Before summer break I was having real confidence issues for a couple years. But over this summer break I've only talked to some close friends and family. I've stayed away from all the toxicity on social media, and I've been taking time to relax and get to a better mental state. Last night I realized that I truly love myself. I thought of all the rude people that before would have brought me down. And I said to myself, "They aren't worth the trouble." That's something I've wanted to say and truly believe for so long. Sometimes we all just need a break from life. For the past couple months I haven't had any reason to think about what others think of me.

Not gonna lie my friend’s mum thinks she is depressed and being bullied at school- she is enjoying school so much- she spends the mornings with her friend group and Monday and Friday Recess’ with them as well as free cheese toasties- and the rest if the time she goes to the library and reads peacefully. The friend group is… chaotic is one word…
