In order to survive, our minds are hardwired to make the first distinction of me and other. That duality usually becomes our perspective on life. We project that duality on to everything. We either have something or we don’t have it. We are happy or we are sad. We are right or we are wrong. We won or we lost. All distinctions have their place, but only as transitory points of view, present for the survival of an organism. Regarding true self-realization, which is non-dual realization of self, nothing can be excluded. True non-duality also includes whatever appears to be dual. With inquiry, non-dual unity can be found in the core of all perspectives including duality. Often on the spiritual search, we seek an experience of non-duality by transcending physical, emotional, mental and circumstantial aspects of living. Transcendence implies leaving something behind. In this meeting, Gangaji demonstrates how through self-inquiry, non-duality can be directly experienced, with no need to leave anything. When we are willing to stop rejecting, fixing or controlling our very human experiences, there is the opportunity to discover the ever present truth of non-duality: pure consciousness, pure spaciousness. Gangaji invites us to welcome all aspects of ourselves in all states and forms, even the most difficult of experiences, so that we can discover inherent fulfillment.

I discovered Gangaji 4 or 5 years ago. I liked what she was saying, but I was not then ready for the message, I think I am now. Thank you for this video.

It's amazing how much she talks, yet never really says anything that could remotely be identified as a MEANS for "enlightenment" that others can utilize for themselves. She has been rehashing HER OWN STORY since 1990. Whatever..... it must be lucrative.

+Excuses Begone NO, "the seeker" cannot simply "call off the search" by it's own choice or decision. The search ends when "finding" occurs. She doesn't say this because doesn't know it.... it's more lucrative to NOT explain it. Good luck.

+Alfie Green you sound so frustrated. That's easy to understand. She can't spell out a way or means to "get there." That's because it's different for each being....the truth is.....you already ARE that which you seek to find. That is where the mystery is. That is key to this "enlightenment"....that you realize and see the perfection in yourself and all others around you. Perfectly imperfect....There is order in chaos. All the answers you seek are within you.

+Zephyr Blue LOL!!!...You sound like a Gangaji Robot. You use her exact words..I'm sure you have an explanation for that, too ;-) What you say is BS and you speak as if you are giving me adivice? Dear, let me tell you...my original comment is coming from the knowledge I have now that all these neo-advaita type "gurus" (haha) are a bunch of confused, narcissistic poseurs. I am not "frustrated" in seeking. My "seeking" ended because I "found" a true means of knowledge and I also now know the true MEANING of "enlightenment". So, keep your airy-fairy-mystery talk to yourself. You have obviously swallowed the Gangaji bait... hook, line and sinker! My ony wish for you is a maturing of the mind so you will one day see how truly VACUOUS her "non-teachings" really are. LOL!!!!.... Good luck!
