I love that he started building self-discipline so young and helping others to have their motivation through his powerful words.
It was an important talk to share because so many of us really do need this reminder to stop staying in comfort, killing their time with tiktok, shorts and Instagram. I've only just realised I've replaced my 15-minute meditation slot when home from work with a minimum of an hour and a half on shorts social media. How did I get there? it is definitely the addiction of the dopamine high. I think I need to start a list of things to do that feel uncomfortable on a daily basis work is stressful and all I do is wanna get home to seek ease & comfort. I avoid difficult decisions, conversation with my self, the list goes on!?
